Thi Minh Khai (1910-1941) was born in Vinh City, Nghe An province. She
soon joined the revolution. In 1930, she joined the Indochinese
Communist Party and became one of the leaders of the party during
1930-1940. In 1937, she was elected to Communist Party Committee of the
South andSecretary of Saigon-Cholon regional party. She was one of the
leaders of the revolutionary movement 1936-1939 in Saigon and the
Uprising of the South.
